60-Minute Lesson Once a Week

The tumbling program is designed to teach beginning up to advanced tumbling for cheer, dance, martial arts, etc. To ensure quality individual attention classes are maintained at a ratio of no more than 10 students to one coach. As the skills taught do not differ for men and women, the classes are co-ed. Due to the different skill levels and goals of each student, the curriculum is designed to meet individual needs and is determined by the instructor. Students utilize the spring floor, tumble track, trampoline and foam pits to learn skills. This program emphasizes each student’s individual needs and encourages skill progression based on individual ability.

Ages: 8 – 17 Years Old

Learn how to safely and properly run, climb, flip and twist! Plants: image 2 0f 4 thumbThis is a physical training class where the participants will run, jump, climb, balance and bounce on various pieces of equipment. This class requires consistent disciplined training with an emphasis on functional strength, physical conditioning, balance, creativity, control, precision and spacial awareness.
