We are excited to welcome you to Legends Gymnastics. Please see the link below that will enable you to download and print the required Recreational Gymnastics Registration Forms. Providing these forms on-line will allow you to complete them at home prior to your visit to the gym.

These forms may be brought in to the office, faxed or scanned and emailed to the gym. Payment must accompany this form to guarantee a spot in a class.
