Parties Bursting with... FUN!!!
Legends Gymnastics parties are a fun and exciting way to celebrate your child's birthday! The party begins with a warm-up activity and then launches into loads of gymnastics fun and games.. They will bounce, run, climb, roll, swing, etc... under the supervision of a professional instructor. After romping through the gym, party guests gather together for the traditional opening of presents, birthday cake, and refreshments (provided by the host) in the party area. This is AS GOOD AS IT GETS. No worries about kids bounding off the walls of your home and destroying furniture. Just tons of fun and games with a Legends Gymnastics party. A Few Details
How Long are the Parties?
Our parties are 1 1/2 hours long. The children spend the first hour in the gym and the last half hour in your party room.
How Many Guests Can We Invite?
The standard party is for 12 participants (including the birthday child). We will assign two party coaches to your party. We can accommodate more guests. Just let us know how many extra guests you are expecting and we will add additional coaches to your party.
How Much Does a Party Cost?
Legends is now offering 3 party options. All parties are 1 ½ hours; you supply the cake, candles and individual non-spillable drinks and we supply the fun, the staff, moon bounce, paper goods, balloons and gift certificates for your guests, and a special balloon and T-shirt for the birthday child. The secret to our parties is to sit back and let us do everything!
Party A cost is $250 for the first 12 children and is the basic party as listed above. Additional guests beyond the 12 are $15 per child. Your cake and drinks will be served. If you wish to serve food in addition to cake, Party B & C have pizza options.
Party B cost is $300 for up to 12 children and in addition to everything in the basic party includes your choice of party favors (water bottle filled with candy and a pencil) or pizza. We will be taking care of ordering the pizza for your child’s birthday guests. Cost for additional guests for Party B is $20 per child.
Party C is $360 for up to 12 children and includes both the favors and pizza. Cost for additional guests for Party C is $25 each.
Your final count will determine the number of pizzas ordered.
What is the Minimum Age for Participants?
Our parties are designed for children 3 years and older. It is also helpful to us if there is not a big age difference between guests. We prepare entirely different activities for 3-5 year olds than what we prepare for 12-16 year olds.
Why have your Birthday at Legends Gymnastics?
At Legends you have the exclusive use of the entire gym, and your own personal party coordinator who will ensure that your party runs smoothly. We set up and clean up - you just show up. We provide 1) all paper products 2) Mylar balloon and T-shirt for the birthday child, 3) balloon and gift certificate for each guest, 4) all gifts are bagged and ready to go with a complete list of the gifts and gift-givers.
What About Food?
You supply cake or cupcakes, candles and single-serve, non-spillable drinks.
If you wish to serve pizza, see Party B & C options above. Your final count will determine the number of pizzas ordered.
What About Party Favors?
For your convenience we offer pre-made favors. Why shop around when they are all assembled for you! The Legends party favor includes a water bottle filled with candy, pencils and a gift certificate. (See Party B & C options listed above.) You may also bring your own.
What Days/Times Can I Have My Party?
Parties may be booked on Fridays at 1:30 pm, Saturdays at 5:00 p.m. and Sundays at 10:30 am, 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 pm. We can also accommodate parties during the weekdays and holidays, when time and space is available.
